Allina Patient Education earns national awards
MINNEAPOLIS 10/02/2007--Allina Hospitals & Clinics Patient Education received three awards in the 2007 National Health Information Awards program.
The awards, sponsored by the Health Information Resource Center, recognize the nation’s best consumer health information programs and materials produced in 2006. More than 1,000 entries were submitted by a variety of organizations in the consumer health field. Winning entries received gold, silver, bronze and merit awards.
Allina Patient Education received merit honors for three titles that were updated in 2006:
- "Heart Failure" in the book category
- "Basic Skills for Living With Diabetes" in the book category
- "Heart Failure" Spanish translation in the booklet/brochure/pamphlet category
