Allina Mental Health: Crisis intervention

Call the location nearest you at any time if you live in Minnesota and find yourself in any of these situations:

• feel overwhelmed and don't know where to turn
• are losing control to the point of harming yourself or others
• need help dealing with anxiety, depression or alcohol abuse
• need treatment for mental health or substance abuse issues

A trained counselor will assess your situation and connect you to these or other resources as needed:

• a face-to-face evaluation at the nearest hospital
• admission to a hospital or treatment facility
• identification of support groups, outpatient care, community resources or other services that best meet your needs
• referral to the appropriate medical professional or program
• help identifying treatment options that are covered by your health insurance
